Empanada: baked or fried turnover pastry, typically filled with savory ingredients like meat, vegetables, or cheese
Plantain: a starchy, edible fruit within the banana family, primarily used for cooking. May be offered as a crispy savory dish (garlic or salsa tostones) or tender sweet side (maduros)
Yuca: a starchy root vegetable also known as cassava and manioc. A substitute for potatoes in tropical regions with a mild, sweet and slightly nutty flavor
Pernil: Puerto Rican slow roasted marinated pork roast
Flan: baked custard made with condensed and evaporated milk, eggs, and sugar for a rich, smooth dessert smothered with caramel sauce.

On, Saturday April 19, we’ll be celebrating Kate’s birthday (April 21st) with some rousing dancing music by one of our favorite musicians - Scot Raymond. Join us from 7-10 for dancing, drinks, and cake! Take note of other nights that Scot will be playing for us this summer.

Mark Nanni is a full-time multi-instrumentalist based out of Central New York, accompanying his vocal with piano, accordion and guitar.
Huge range of styles for any vibe! Genres include Jam/Classic/Pop Rock, Blues, Soul, Country, Jazz and Light Classical. 
Mark is a favorite of a few of our customers and we are glad they recommended him to play at Foothill Hops Farm Brewery. Can’t wait.

ALL HAIL VALHALLA - Come enjoy the first pints of this years vintage of Loki’s Ambush - a Viking inspired red ale featuring malted rye, juniper berries, and beech-wood smoked malt. You know how much we love to dress up! Join us - wear something VIKING-ish and get a complimentary pint of LOKI. We’ll end the day with music by Mark Nanni. (See related event).

Come get leid! Beat the winter blues (and welcome Daylight Savings Time) with us at our LUAU party. Break out your Hawaiian shirt, Mu'umu'u (moo-moo), sandals and sunglasses. We'll provide the leis, grass skirts, tropical drinks. A food offering for the sacrificial feast table is optional but appreciated. Menu is shaping up nicely. So far we have sacrifices of Hawaiian ham sliders, Hawaiian sweet and sour meatballs, Spam skewers, mango BBQ ribs, Hawaiian gluten free couscous salad, tropical fruit salad, gluten free mini pineapple upside down cupcakes.

At the age of 12 Frank’s brother taught him his first guitar chords and introduced him to the music of the Beatles, The Eagles, America, and many other great Classic Rock/Folk groups. So when it came time to start choosing music to cover for an acoustic project his mind naturally went back to those days. He not only wanted to please the audience but wanted to play music that meant something to him personally. As he developed his repertoire he began to discover newer songs (newer to him anyway) that spoke to him. The result is a song list that spans more than 4 decades!

We first heard Frank play at another beverage establishment and enjoyed his set. We invite you to come listen and maybe even dance a bit!
